“I started 2020 with a tasting tour of Persie Gin - and what an outstanding experience. I’ve never felt passionately about gin and went with a group of gin-loving friends. My opinion has been corrected. Persie makes a variety of gins and helps each visitor find a type suit their palate by teaching guests how to open the flavours with mixers and herbs. The owners could not have been more gracious and I will be back.”
