Persie Tonic has landed!
Over the past few years we have been on the hunt for the perfect tonic. A tonic that doesn’t fight with the gin. A tonic that lets the spirit breathe. A tonic made in Scotland.
This was our mission!
– First and foremost, we want to taste the gin!
– We don’t want any artificial sweeteners or flavouring.
– We only want natural quinine.
– We want it to be gently carbonated.
– We want it to be produced locally.
– Not a dealbreaker, but we’d like it to be low-ish in calories!
And here it is! From the wonderful chaps at Bon Accord Soft Drinks company in Edinburgh comes a light, refreshing tonic – and, just as requested, it is low in flavour, low in quinine and low in carbonation. So it’s all about the spirit! Yay! They have truly cracked it.
With only 33 calories per serve, Persie Tonic pairs beautifully with all our gins and works like a charm with our vodka.
