Tart and tangy, our hugely popular sloe gin has a rich depth of flavour – intensified by the addition of local Perthshire plums, hand-picked by the distillery team. There are distinct notes of pepper and sweet cinnamon from the base spirit, with a touch of nutty marzipan on the finish.
Suggested Serve
Over ice; with soda; with lemonade; with ginger ale; or in a Sloe Gin Fizz.

Sloe Gin Fizz Recipe
You will need:
35ml Persie Sloe & Plum Gin
15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
20ml sugar syrup (or a little less agave syrup)
1 egg white
Prosecco
Have a go:
Add the sloe gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake again until your hand freezes against the shaker! Strain into a chilled glass, top with Prosecco and watch your friends go WOW!
