Unbridled Gin is the latest in the Persie Charity Collection!
Animal welfare is a cause close to our hearts so we are hugely enthusiastic (you might say we are full of unbridled excitement!) about creating a bespoke spirit to raise much-needed funds to support the fantastic work at World Horse Welfare.
It is the only charity that seeks to improve the lives of all equids (horses, ponies, donkeys and mules), whatever the nature of their relationship with humankind. And the gin itself? Unsurprisingly Unbridled Gin features horse-friendly apples!
We wanted the gin to celebrate the exhilarating experience of a good hack, so there are top notes of fresh cut grass and apples and heart notes of hay and sandalwood. We have created a spirit that captures the warmth of that special bond between horse and rider – and with £5.00 per bottle donated to World Horse Welfare it leaves you feeling a warm glow on two levels.
Botanicals: Apples and juniper.
Flavour profile: Lightly floral with a faint nose of apples. It is sweet on the nose but dry on the palate.
Suggested serve: Mix with tonic, lemonade or Appletiser. Garnish with a wedge of fresh green apple and slice of carrot!
